Janet Akinbrings a wealth of experience to all her real estate transactions. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she held executive positions in the telecommunications and on-line software industries where she managed the marketing, sales and service divisions for several global companies, including Pacific Bell, SBC and 2Bridge Software. Not surprisingly, she leverages the skills and insight she gained from these diverse experiences on each and every client transaction.
Janet approaches every client's marketing plan, sales strategy, contract negotiations, and support efforts no differently than she approached the numerous multi-national sales contracts - with speed, focus, precision and perhaps most importantly - respect and integrity.
Education: Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Golden Gate University. She is certified as a Previews Property Specialist who specializes in the marketing and selling of luxury homes.
Community Service: Janet is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the President for the Lincoln Foundation in San Jose. She is also an active mentor for young people in transition, most recently mentoring a group of students in the Future Vision Program at Lincoln High School in San Jose.
Dustin Gutierrez has over twelve years experience in sales and service, with a propensity for seeing the big picture while never losing sight of the important details of every transaction.
